Welcome to Anastacia Rogers Therapy and Consulting’s Tuscaloosa office. Our team of three clinicians provides compassionate, comprehensive care for clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Using a range of evidence-based approaches—such as EMDR, EMI, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing—our clinicians support clients as they work through a wide variety of concerns. Some of these include trauma, anxiety, attachment, depression, OCD, PTSD, grief, substance use, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Care is tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on understanding the whole person and meeting clients where they are.

My years of experience cover every age and every developmental stage as it relates to appropriate care practice. I have worked with clients with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, life style changes/adjustment, stress related issues, career challenges/career adjustments, Obsessive-compulsive Disorders, PTSD, and phobias.
EMDR Trained. VR exposure therapy offered. My approach adheres to cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, exposure therapy and solution focused therapy. I will customize my approach and treatment based on your unique and specific needs. Finding the right person to help you is very important. My counseling approach is very warm, open, and interactive.

I have 7 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have served clients ranging from children five years to senior adults. I have a passion for supporting those who are navigating life's challenges while also coping with the many complications of depression and anxiety, and working with individuals diagnosed with a severe mental illness.
I have experience in assisting individuals, and families, while they navigate diagnoses including Depression, Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Use Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder, with a focus in supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. My aim is to provide a safe, comfortable, judgement free space.
Julia Apodaca-Lane
I have worked in the mental health field over a decade. I have a passion for teaching and helping people learn and grow in their knowledge and capabilities regarding their mental health. I work from a strengths-based perspective.. I am trained in EMI, CBT, attachment-based compassion therapy and treat anything from depression and anxiety to attachment trauma.
I acknowledge that everyone is an individual, and am prepared to listen and adapt to your specific needs in providing your care. I am open and honest in my own experiences, and bring that honesty into the therapy room. I am prepared to meet you where you are in a nonjudgmental and empathic way, and acknowledge that no one knows you better than you.
